Repository adapters read from multiple Mongo databases plus Notify Triggers flow metadata. The source database and collection names are hardcoded in the repository layer.

Campaign benefits are currently hardcoded to Conversion, Monetization, and Retention for both CRM and trigger-backed campaign rows.

support_cases_total counts Lumio chat conversations only.

Relay email and SMS threads are excluded from that metric.
